From our family at ECT it is with great sadness that we have lost one of our own. We want to share our deepest condolences to Sean Thacker's Family. Sean worked in sales and truly was a good friend to everyone here and to our customers.
As we have shared the news with friends and family, we asked everyone to share a memory of Sean. It was amazing the strong words like compassionate, loyal, selfless, and the biggest dog/kid lover people knew were used. He truly was the kindest soul that was always there to listen.
When we needed to be at a meeting Sean served as our in-house pilot. Flying was his passion. We had the privilege to fly with Sean for over 400 hours and during that time you get to know someone well. If you ever got to fly with him, you might have heard “is that the airport over there?” The first time Todd heard that he said, “what you don’t know where the airport is?” He would just laugh. He had a great sense of humor. When Sean would land, he always thanked the tower for their help.
As we think about Sean and his last taxi of this life, we are so grateful that we got to know him and his checklist. He will be missed dearly and there will always be that void that can never be filled. Our prayers go out to his family, knowing this must be incredibly difficult. Thank you for sharing him with us as a brother and as a friend. Our hearts are better that we had Sean in it.
