MAKE GARDEN FRESH SALSA

REMOVE SKIN & CORE
There are two ways to get rid of the skin of a tomato and other parts you don't want in salsa.  One way is to boil the tomatoes then once the skin cracks they are ready to be peeled and you can also cut out the stem and bad spots.  The second and much easier way is to use a food processor set up to de-core tomatoes.  Either way, once you have the parts of the tomato that you want to keep add them to your blender.

BLEND TO PERFECTION
Once you have your blender full make sure to blend it to the right consistency.  Some people like it chunky so less blending will be needed in that case.  Also, you can add jalapeno's, ghost peppers, reapers, etc at this step and blend them all together.

COOK & SIMMER
Add the blended mix to a pot and bring it to a boil.  While you are waiting for it to boil add your spices.  Some people have their own mix but if you are wanting to have a great taste without having to look up a recipe go to your local grocery store and pick up a "salsa pack" they have several available.  Once your mix comes to a boil, turn your burner to low and let it cook for 10 minutes.

FINAL STEP
You can now eat your salsa or if you made a small batch.  If you are canning you will now pour it into canning jars and finish the process.
